Washington County Schools Summer Gifted Camp for grades 1-8 will be held June 26-29 from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at the Career and Technical Center located at 255 Stanley Street, Abingdon, VA. Students will test their skills as they engage in real-world scenarios and specialized project-based learning activities!

Daily Schedule:
8:00 a.m. to 8:25 a.m. - Drop-off will be at the front of the Neff Center: Students will meet in the common area to join their group. Class will begin promptly at 8:30 a.m.
11:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. - Student dismissal at the front of the Neff Center: The site coordinator and teachers will escort students to their vehicles.
A daily snack will be provided for each camper, and students are encouraged to bring a water bottle. Questions may be directed to the site director, Ms. Meredith Doane, at mdoane@wcs.k12.va.us. We look forward to a fun-filled week of tapping into the creative minds of our gifted students!
